BUILT TO LAST
You built the business you wanted.
And somewhere along the way, it became a Golden Cage, requiring more than you were ever meant to give
Built to Last is a 6-month intimate mastermind for established female business owners who know something about the way they’re working has to change, but don’t want to burn everything they’ve built to the ground just to find out what comes next.
Together, we’ll figure out what stays, what goes, what you’ve actually outgrown, and what you want to build around the woman you are now.
8 women. 6 months. Close mentorship across beliefs, capacity, astrology, and actual business strategy.
We begin September 29th 2026.
Your business technically “works”
That’s what makes this so confusing…
You’re making money. You have clients. You’re good at what you do. There are parts of your work you genuinely love.
From the outside, there may be absolutely no logical reason to want to walk away from it.
And yet…You’re at your wits’ end.
Your calendar is full.
Your clients have more access to you than you want them to.
Your brain is carrying a to-do list that never seems to end.
You’re constantly responding to what everyone else needs from you, and somehow your own needs keep getting pushed to tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes.
You keep saying you want to grow…
but another part of you is going "please actually NO MORE" I can't do more like this....
Because bigger means…
More clients means more delivery.
More revenue means more responsibility.
Higher prices somehow become more access, more bonuses, more customization, more proof that the number is justified.
A bigger business starts to look suspiciously like a bigger version of the life you already have started to resent.
So you start thinking about changing everything.
Maybe it’s your offers. Maybe it’s your niche. Maybe you need a new website. Maybe you need to change your content.
Maybe you should burn the whole fucking thing down, delete Instagram and move into the forest where nobody can ever book a discovery call with you again 👀
And some days?
You genuinely don’t know whether you’re joking anymore…
You've actually scared yourself more than once imagining it all burning down, coming to a screeching halt and imagining how much peace and space you'd have in life again.
Welcome to the Golden Cage.
A business can be successful and completely unsustainable for the woman running it.
You can be grateful for what you’ve built and resent what it requires from you.
You can love your clients and dread another week of delivering to them.
You can know you’re brilliant at what you do and still wonder whether you want to do it anymore.
You can want more and simultaneously feel your entire body screaming:
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME MORE OF THIS.
That doesn’t automatically mean you chose the wrong work. Nor does it automatically mean that your business needs to disappear.
But it DOES mean something needs to change.
It means we need to get much more precise about what you are actually done with.
I want us to discover what it is you're actually DONE with.
→ What still belongs?
→ What doesn’t?
→ What are you genuinely done with?
→ What are you simply exhausted by?
→ What have you outgrown?
Because right now, you may feel like you want out of all of it.
But most of the time there's just ONE piece that needs to go.
And that's where the distinction matters.
Especially before you make a permanent business decision from a temporary state of complete exhaustion.
I know what it's like to get that distinction WRONG.
Because I've been there.
I built the successful business. The strategies worked. The offers sold. I made six figures a year.
And because it was working, I kept building around what was working, until eventually I had gotten very freakin good at running a business I didn’t actually want.
I had built myself a Golden Cage.
One day I found myself on my bathroom floor, ugly crying and seriously considering walking away from everything. Deleting Instagram. Ghosting my clients. Burning the whole thing down.
I was so fucking done.
But the real question wasn’t, How do I get out of this?
It was: What the hell had I built?
What was actually mine? What had I outgrown? What genuinely needed to end? And what was I only trying to escape because I was completely exhausted?
Because I wasn’t necessarily done with the work.
I was exhausted by the business I had built around it.
That changed everything.
Now, my health comes first. My notifications are off. My client calls happen two days a week. My boundaries are clearer. My offers feel like mine again. My business fits into my life instead of my life being arranged around my business.
And I don’t want out anymore.
I love what I do. I just had to rebuild the way I was doing it. (and I could have never rebuilt it, without rewiring my beliefs, building out a life first business, AND then adding the offers and strategy on top)
That’s the heart of Built to Last:
figuring out what’s still true, what isn’t, and how to build the next version around the woman you are now.
Because you’ve probably tried to fix it already.
Maybe you changed your offers. Reworked your positioning. Hired support. Set new boundaries. Did the nervous system work. Took some time off.
You changed the outside. It helped for a while.
And somehow… you ended up back here.
Because:
You’ve been trying to change what your business looks like without changing who keeps building it.
You can create the perfect boundary on paper.
But if disappointing someone still feels unsafe, you’ll bend it.
You can raise your prices.
But if someone hesitating sends your whole body into panic, you’ll negotiate.
You can build the perfect CEO schedule.
But if slowing down makes you feel lazy, you’ll fill every empty space again.
And you can burn the whole business down and start over…
with the exact same beliefs that built the first one.
New offer. New branding. New strategy. Same patterns → Golden Cage 2.0.
That’s why we don’t start with strategy.
The way you built this business makes a lot more sense when we understand the woman who built it.
Inside Built to Last, we work through three layers:
BELIEFS → BODY → BUSINESS
What you believe.
What you can hold.
What you build.
So the changes you make don’t just look different.
They actually are different.
BELIEFS
What has been unconsciously building your business?
Before we start ripping apart your offer suite, we go underneath it.
Why do you overdeliver?
Why do you fold on your prices when somebody pushes back?
Why does slowing down make you uncomfortable?
Why do you feel responsible for everybody?
We identify the subconscious stories underneath the way you work, lead, charge, sell and make decisions.
And then we work on actually changing them.
Because knowing intellectually that you “should have better boundaries” hasn’t exactly done the trick, has it? 😬
BODY
Do you actually have room for the business you say you want?
I’m talking about time, energy, capacity and space.
If the answer is no, I’m not going to hand you another growth strategy.
We make room first.
Because if your current business already consumes everything you have…
of course part of you doesn’t want it to grow.
We build your capacity to hold the boundaries, visibility, money, leadership and growth you’re asking for without your body paying the bill.
BUSINESS
THEN we decide what you’re actually building.
Not before. We start with the internal foundation first and foremost.
Because if the internal foundation is built on unstable ground, whatever you put on top won’t stand the test of time.
Once we understand what has been driving the current business and create space for something different, we can look at the business itself with much clearer eyes.
Your offers. Pricing. Delivery. Positioning. Messaging. Systems. Client journey. Recurring revenue. Visibility. Your role as CEO.
→ What stays?
→ What goes?
→ What has become heavy?
→ What are you selling because it makes money even though you secretly hate delivering it?
→ What have you mistaken for your life’s work simply because it’s the modality, credential or offer you became known for?
→ What needs to exist behind the scenes so YOU are no longer the system holding everything together?
→ And what are you actually excited to build next?
This is where strategy belongs.
Not as a Band-Aid over the problem.
But as the structure supporting the woman you’re becoming and the business you’re building.
You do NOT need to know what comes next before you join.
You only need to know:
I can’t keep doing it like this.
Part of our work together is figuring out what needs to end, what needs to change, and what’s still deeply yours.
You don’t need the answer before you enter the room.
And on the other side?
I want you to have a business you actually want to live inside.
Imagine it’s six months from now.
Your calendar has breathing room. Your notifications are OFF. A client needing something doesn’t automatically make it an emergency on your calendar.
You’re excited about your offers again. You know why you’re selling them, and you’re charging in a way that reflects the work.
And at the end of the day?
You’re done.
I’m not talking about “technically done but mentally still at work for the next four hours.”
Actually done.
You clock out and there is still enough of YOU left for your life.
You haven’t become less ambitious or shrunk the vision either.
You’ve built the capacity and structures for the vision to stop requiring your self-abandonment.
You’re still making good money. Maybe more.
But this time, you actually get to enjoy the life the money was supposed to create.
Here’s how our six months unfold
The 3Bs - Beliefs, Body and Business - run through everything we do.
And across our six months together, we’ll move through three phases.
PHASE ONE: THE COLLAPSE
Month 1 & 2 - What’s actually happening, and what needs to end?
You may arrive wanting to fix everything immediately.
We’re going to do something more useful first:
Figure out what the hell is actually going on.
We’ll look underneath both the woman and the business to identify what’s draining you, what no longer fits, and what you might be tempted to burn down simply because you’re exhausted.
By the end of this phase, you know what stays, what goes, and why.
PHASE TWO: THE RECONSTRUCTION
Month 3 & 4 - Who am I becoming, and what do I actually want to build?
Once we’ve stopped reacting, we rebuild.
We redefine success around the woman you are now rather than the woman who started this business years ago.
We look at your Zone of genius. Life’s work. Niche and positioning. Offers. Pricing. Messaging. Visibility. Thought leadership.
And if you’re thinking: But Kat, I still have no fucking clue what I want instead.
Good.
You don’t need to arrive knowing.
We’ll use your birth chart alongside our coaching to uncover the work that is actually yours, what has evolved, what wants more room and what deserves your attention now.
The goal of this phase? You start falling back in love with the work.
PHASE THREE:THE LEGACY
Month 5 & 6 - How do I build this to last?
Now we build beyond the immediate season.
We focus on your capacity, leadership, recurring revenue and long-term vision, and the structures that allow the business to grow without becoming increasingly dependent on you.
Because the goal isn’t simply to build something that works.
It’s to build something you can lead, grow and stay inside for years to come.
This is the spine of our six months together, not a rigid syllabus.
The work responds to the women in the room, with your astrology helping us personalize what deserves your attention as we go.
We’re moving through the same journey. We’re not building eight identical businesses.
A note about the roadmap:
Built to Last is capped at 8 women because I want to actually know you, your business and your patterns.
I want to remember that three calls ago you told me you were going to stop doing that thing… so I can lovingly call you out when I see you doing it again 🤭
Small enough to be known. Big enough to learn from each other.
And yes, it’s intimate on purpose.
That’s what Jen believed too.
When we started working together, she was running a concierge personal training business, working around 60 hours a week and spending huge chunks of her life driving between clients.
She’d built herself a Golden Cage.
Underneath it? The belief that she had to suffer to be successful.
Be the provider. Be the strong one. Put herself last.
So I didn’t simply hand her a productivity system.
We worked on the beliefs, her capacity and the business.
Jen changed her hours. Her boundaries. Her rates. Her offers. Who she works with.
And the way she prioritizes her health.
In her words:
“We made a shift: my health and wellbeing had to come first, full stop. And what I didn’t expect was that the business kept going. More than that, it started to feel genuinely fulfilling in a way it hadn’t before.”
— Jen H.
And when a potential client recently calculated the monthly cost of Jen’s new rate out loud?
Old Jen would have panicked and lowered it.
Instead:
“I felt nothing. No panic, no urge to negotiate, no second-guessing myself. I just knew she wasn’t my person, and I let her go.”
That’s the work.
Not simply knowing you should hold the boundary.
But being able to hold it when somebody actually pushes against it.
“Before working with Kat, I thought prioritising myself meant the business would suffer.”
Because knowing your patterns isn’t the same as changing them.
You can know exactly why you do what you do… and still keep doing it.
Anette described where she was before our work:
“I was seeking validation from the outside, rarely letting my own inner feeling guide me… I let ‘the things that happened to me’ lead me by reacting to them.”
And after:
“I trust myself and I believe I can live the life I dream of.”
— Anette A.
That’s the work.
We go beyond merely understanding the pattern.
After our time together you will be able to choose differently when it shows up.
Which is exactly why this is six months
You can’t rebuild your business overnight.
We need time to make the changes, live inside them, and choose differently when the old patterns inevitably show up.
Until eventually, it’s just how you lead.
As Jen put it:
“Kät doesn’t just coach businesses, she develops confident, self-aware leaders.”
What you get inside Built to Last
6 months of close mentorship + personalized business reconstruction beginning September 29.
-
One Integration Call to apply the month’s work to you and your business, and one Refinement Call for hot seats, coaching, offers, messaging, beliefs and whatever is actually happening as you implement.
Calls are recorded, so if life happens and you can’t attend live, you won’t miss the work.
-
If you don’t already have one, I’ll create your personal Astrological Business Blueprint within 10 days of joining.
We’ll use your natal chart to understand the deeper architecture underneath your business - your life’s work, strengths, patterns and the way you’re naturally designed to build and lead.
Because the entire point of Built to Last is that we are not rebuilding your business around another generic blueprint. We’re building it around YOUR blueprint.
Already have yours? Perfect. We’ll bring it straight into our work together from day one.
-
You’ll also receive your personal Solar Return within 10 days of joining, giving us a map of the larger chapter you’re currently moving through and what deserves your attention this year.
Because I don’t want to help you build the theoretically “perfect” business while completely ignoring the season of life you’re actually in.
-
Then throughout our six months together, you’ll receive your own Lunar Return guidance so we can get even more specific about what deserves your attention that month.
Think of it as:
Your Astrological Business Blueprint = what you’re here to build.
Your Solar Return = the bigger chapter you’re in.
Your Lunar Returns = the paragraphs of that chapter aka what deserves your attention right now.You don’t need to interpret any of it.
I translate the astrology.
And then we use it to make better decisions. -
You’ll receive modules and practical exercises supporting each phase of our work across Beliefs, Body and Business. And you’ll have lifetime access to the core curriculum.
There is no race to finish everything before our six months are up.
In fact, I don’t want you frantically consuming content because you’re scared of losing access.Information isn’t the transformation, remember?
During our six months together, I want you focused on the work that actually matters for you right now.
The modules will still be there when you need to revisit them six months, or three years, from now. -
You’ll receive hypnosis and subconscious-work recordings woven throughout the experience around identity, success, burnout, self-trust, visibility, wealth, capacity and expansion.
Because we’re not just deciding what you want to do differently.
We’re working with the beliefs that have made the old way feel necessary in the first place.
-
The first four women to join receive private Telegram access to me from the moment you enroll through September 29.
So we don’t need to sit around twiddling our thumbs waiting for the mastermind to begin.
We can start identifying what’s happening in your business, what deserves your attention first and what you want to bring into our six months together.
You have an established business and have already made money from your work.
You’re good at what you do.
But something about the way you’re currently doing it cannot continue.Maybe you know exactly what needs to change.
Maybe all you know is: This isn’t it anymore.
You’re willing to find out. You’re willing to look underneath the strategy rather than endlessly rearranging the surface.
You want both inner work and actual business strategy. You want a close room of ambitious women who understand the kinds of conversations you want to have.
You want support, perspective and coaching, but ultimately want to become MORE capable of trusting yourself.
And you’re willing to participate in your own transformation.
This is for you if…
This is NOT for you if…
You’re brand new to business and still figuring out what you’re selling.
You want me to hand you a blueprint and tell you exactly what to do without asking anything of you.
You want someone to fix you.
You want only energetics with no strategy.
Or only strategy with no willingness to look at what’s underneath it.
You aren’t willing to show up, implement, experiment, get uncomfortable and actually do the work.
I will bring everything I have to this room.
But I’m not building your business for you. We’re building it with you.
Founding Round Investment
$4,444 CAD paid in full
or
6 monthly payments of $777 CAD
This is the first time I’m delivering Built to Last in this format, which means these 8 women are receiving the lowest investment I intend to offer this mastermind at.
As the body of work evolves, future rounds will increase in price.
And maybe your immediate reaction is: Fuck. I want this. But that’s a lot of money to invest in myself.
I get it.
Especially if you’ve already spent thousands on courses, certifications and programs that haven’t given you the ROI you hoped they would.
And especially if cash flow hasn’t felt as consistent as you want it to.
I’m not going to promise you that joining Built to Last magically produces $X in revenue.
That’s not a promise I can make.
Instead, I want you to ask yourself a different question:
If we fast-forward 12 months from now and absolutely nothing has changed…
what will THAT have cost you?
Another year working the same hours.
Another year carrying the same mental load.
Another year bending the same boundaries.
Another year resenting clients you genuinely care about.
Another year putting your health at the bottom of the list.
Another year saying you want growth while quietly avoiding it because you don’t have the capacity for more of the business you’ve built.
Maybe another pivot. Another rebrand. Another attempt to fix the outside.
Another year wondering how much longer you can actually do this.
What is that worth to you?
And no, joining a $4,444 mastermind doesn’t prove you’re worthy.
You already are.
I don’t want you making this decision because somebody on the internet convinced you that investing more money means you “believe in yourself.”
I want you to make a clean decision about whether this is the room you want.
And if it is? Trust yourself enough to choose it.
Then show up for the decision you’ve made.
Bring the uncomfortable thing to coaching.
Implement the boundary.
Do the work.
Use the room.
Treat the change you say you want like it actually matters.
-
I know.
And that might be one of the clearest signs that something needs to change.
Built to Last isn’t another course you’re expected to somehow cram into an already impossible schedule.
Plan for roughly 1–2 hours per week between calls, modules and integration.
And the core curriculum is yours for life.
There’s no deadline hanging over your head telling you to consume everything before access disappears.
If life happens, life fucking happens. You move at your pace.
In fact, one of our earliest jobs together will be creating some of the space you currently don’t have.
-
Good.
I’m not interested in making you spend 6 months discovering for the 47th time that you’re a people-pleaser because of something that happened when you were seven.
The question is: Is the pattern still running your business?
Knowing and doing differently are two completely different things.
There is no magical mountaintop where you have healed every pattern and never meet yourself again.
You grow. The business grows. The stakes change.
And sometimes the same devil meets you at another level. We’re interested in the layer showing up now, and what needs to change in your actual behavior, capacity and business because of it.
-
Been there. Literally did that.
And in hindsight? It was one of the biggest mistakes I made.
I reacted from exhaustion and made major business decisions from that place.
My income dropped. I disrupted trust with my audience. And eventually I realized something I wish someone had helped me see beforehand:
I wasn’t necessarily done with the work.
I was exhausted by the business I’d built around it.Sometimes something genuinely DOES need to end.
An offer. A client relationship. A positioning. A delivery model.
Maybe even an entire chapter of your business.I am not here to convince you to keep something alive just because it used to work.
But we’re going to figure out what actually needs to go.
Not make permanent business decisions from a temporary state of complete exhaustion.
-
Then you might be exactly where you need to be.
You can arrive knowing only: I don’t want this anymore.
During The Collapse, we figure out what’s actually ending.
During The Reconstruction, we figure out what wants to take its place. And we’ll use your birth chart alongside the rest of our work to help uncover your life’s work, natural strengths, patterns and what deserves your attention now.
You do not need the answer before entering the room designed to help you find it.
-
No.
You need to know your exact birth time. That’s it.
You don’t need to know your houses, aspects, transits, Lunar Returns or WTF the ruler of your MC is doing.
That’s my job.
If you don’t already have one, I’ll create your Astrological Business Blueprint within 10 days of joining, alongside your personal Solar Return.
Then throughout our 6 months together, I’ll also prepare your monthly Lunar Return guidance.
Astrology is one of the diagnostic tools I use inside Built to Last, not another modality you need to learn.
I read the chart. I translate what matters. Together, we use it to make better decisions about your actual business.
-
You absolutely can.
My private work is best suited to the woman who knows she wants my complete attention and the highest level of individualized access.
Built to Last gives you close access to me at a more accessible investment and something 1:1 can’t replicate: the room.
Seven other women doing this beside you. Women who understand the ambition.
The weird problems that come with success.
The identity shifts.
The: “Everything is technically working, so why am I fucking miserable?” conversations. You’ll learn from your coaching. And you’ll learn from theirs.
That’s intentional.
BUILT TO LAST
Founding Round - 6 months. 8 women. Beliefs. Body. Business.
We begin September 29.
$4,444 CAD paid in full or 6 payments of $777 CAD
This is the lowest investment Built to Last will be offered at.
And if all you know right now is:
“I can’t keep doing business like this. But I don’t want to burn everything I’ve built to the ground either.”
You don’t need to know what comes next yet.
That’s what we’re going to figure out together.
And if you’re pretty sure this is your room but have a genuine question you need answered before you can make a clean decision, email me at hello@kattaniberg.com
If it makes more sense to talk it through, I’ll send you my calendar so we can talk it through.
I would much rather help you make a decision you trust than talk you into one you don’t.
