“Before I signed up for Kat’s Weight Release package my weight had been stuck for a couple of years, I had tried so many different things, yet nothing was working and I was feeling frustrated, annoyed and frustrated. I had tried to get back on a healthy eating plan, yet every time I would start I would then self sabotage myself. I had attended one of Kat’s live hypnosis sessions, the theme was Attracting Abundance and shortly after attending that session I randomly found 1000$ in a bank account I did not know about, which made me think “well that’s interesting, maybe this hypnosis can help me on my weight loss journey”.

Between the live sessions & the daily recordings that I was listening to I naturally started to pay attention to what I was eating on a daily basis, I started to make better choices, I started noticing when I was satiated. Kat also took me through an incredible process of starting to really dislike pop, which up to that point had been a huge vice of mine. Ever since doing that process I have not touched pop again, which is unheard of!!!!

Now that it’s been over a month I have released over 10 lbs, my proportions have shifted, I’ve dropped a whole inch from my hips & waist and my people around me have commented that they can see that I have lost weight!
